About the Automatic Balance Synchronization Service
The automatic balance synchronization service between transactional and operational accounts was developed to simplify the financial management of our BET clients in the regulated market.
With this service, you can keep the balances of the transactional and operational accounts constantly updated in a transparent, fast, and secure manner, meeting all regulatory requirements.
How It Works
The BET platform notifies Paag every X hours through the report_financial_info
endpoint, providing:
- Player balance
- Open bet balance
- Sum of the previous items (total balance)
Paag processes this information and automatically transfers resources between the transactional and operational accounts, following this rule:
- If the transactional account balance is greater than the total balance reported by the platform, Paag performs a profit transfer from the transactional account to the operational account.
- If the transactional account balance is less than the total balance reported by the platform, Paag performs an automatic fund replenishment from the operational account to the transactional account.
Prerequisites
- This system can only be used if Paag is the only active payment gateway.
- The operational account must have sufficient funds to allow the automatic replenishment process.
Configurations
This system is configurable and can be turned on or off directly in Paag's Payments Backoffice. Thus, you, as a BET client, can decide when to activate the synchronization service according to your needs.
